One Problem Per Consultation
The Doctors at Glenview Medical Centre have implemented a “one problem per consultation” policy.
We kindly ask that all patients do stick to this policy. The main reason for this is clinical safety.
Presenting the doctor/nurse practitioner with multiple problems means there is an increased risk that mistakes will be made, and we may not be able to address things in the depth that they require.
One of general practice’s main purposes is to detect serious disease early. We consider this to be our responsibility to you.
Our doctors/nurse practitioner cannot see huge numbers of patients with multiple problems and continue to practice safely and effectively.
We strive to provide the best of care and ask that our service be used with care and consideration. Please do not be offended if the doctor/nurse practitioner asks you to rebook if you have more than one problem.
We are working in your best interests in order to keep you safe.
From the Doctors at Glenview Medical Centre.
